What We Love
1. Warranty Policy
The Skadu vacuum is covered by a one-year warranty. They will help troubleshoot your vacuum back into action. If the product breaks down, they replace broken components for repair, and if the product is completely non-functional due to a manufacturing defect, then they will replace the entire unit. Phew!
2. Reliable Community Feedback
The Skadu team considered customer feedback very highly, and the results were extremely rewarding for them. They heard how it was super easy to clean up food spills by toddlers at the dinner table, how Skadu helped free up time from long cleaning routines to play with children, and how it made cleaning fun and exciting instead of a boring chore.
What We Don't
1. Visual Design
We really wish that the Skadu M1 had something special to its visual design. It looks like just your average, modern vacuum cleaner. With so many particular abilities and features, they could have done a better job at highlighting that, and being upfront with the fact that they're different. It may just be missed at first glance, unfortunately.
Is it Worth it?
In today's world, we want consistent and time-saving technology. The Skadu M1 helps us mop, broom, wipe, sweep, and of course, vacuum away pretty much all of our spills and messes! No more searching for that one specific tool or household cleaner, or rambling to wipe up huge pools of liquid accidents. We think the Skadu vacuum is worth it. After all, if it saves time and money, what more could we ask for?
